Larry Watson
Chief Executive Officer
Larry is one of the founding partners of Adaptive Risk Management Services and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Larry is responsible for managing the firm’s financial performance and leads the strategic development of the organization’s operational initiatives. He brings many years of insurance experience primarily in the MGA/MGU level. His background in technology sales and systems development is central to the success of ARMS.
Mr. Watson understands the primacy of data and oversees the deployment of customer-facing technology solutions which yield greater control and profitability to those broker and carrier leaders who are responsible for loss control.
Mr. Watson’s leads his team by ensuring the needs of a business and its users are met with the latest efficiencies of available technology.
Mr. Watson earned a BA at St. John’s University in New York.

Dave Haas
Chief Technology Officer
Dave is a member of the original founding team of partners for Adaptive Risk Management Services and is the Chief Technology Officer who has primary responsibility for keeping ARMS at the forefront of technological developments. Among many of his most noteworthy skills is his reasoning skill and ability to parse business requirements into software components up and down the stack that translate complex software applications into easy-to-use customer-facing solutions.
Dave has received many awards during his twenty-year technology career and he has been recognized for his lead role in the development of highly sophisticated business applications, analytics, and metrics that both drive down costs and improve performance. He holds a MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA in economics from Rutgers University.
