Digital Brand Management – A client required branding on all collateral. Quickly adapted all our outputs to reflect the logo/design/color scheme for the customer. These customizations are table-driven and scalable to other customers with similar requirements. .
Front-end Management Application – A client’s only option to place orders with us was to email a file from their front-end management application. We added a dedicated inbox for this customer to receive a dataset based on our defined minimum data requirements for creating an inspection request; automated the discovery and ingestion of files emailed to us; built an API to process files of type text/JSON/XML/pdf to seamlessly process orders.
API Submission Workflows – Build an API “wrapper” around the ImageRight API that allows any consumer of the client’s numerous lines of business to select the proper cabinet/drawer/file to move and store collateral for submission workflows seamlessly. This API is extensible. It integrates documents from the Surefyre program management application into ImageRight, removing this tedium from underwriters and providing a common audit standard.
Program Management Applications – Collaborate with the client and Surefyre as the integration team to build program management applications for multiple divisions. The scope of work covers the complete insurance cycle: Submission, Review, Quote, Bind Policy Issuance, Service -Endorsement, and Renewal workflows in Surefyre’s low-code platform. We successfully implemented applications covering forms, document, and invoice generation, built remote calls for third-party integrations, and as needed, built custom API integration into AIM. Managing the integrations with AIM met the requirement of using that application as the single source of truth for accounting across all companies.
Data Gathering Tool – A client was not ready for a comprehensive inspection application for their startup “Active Shooter” program. We devised an “inspection lite” data gathering tool, allowing them to canvass prospects quickly and provide underwriting insights and education at little expense. .
